Registration

Participation is open to all persons interested in molecular mechanisms which play a role in blood vessel formation. Those who wish to attend the meeting should complete the Registration Form and return it with your payment to the Secretariat by no later than

June 30, 1998

for early registration.

Each registrant must complete a separate form. Clear photocopies are accepted.

Entitlements

Delegates are entitled to:

  • attend all Scientific Sessions
  • receive a copy of the final program
  • breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily
  • morning/afternoon coffee
  • social program daily
  • accomodation (Thursday to Sunday)
  • bus shuttle

Payment of Fees

Payment for fees must accompany all Registration Forms, and confirmation will not be forwarded until receipt of payment. Feeds can be made either by

  • Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard only)
  • Cheque payable to the Franz-Volhard-Klinik, Re: "5th Franz Volhard Symposium" (in Deutsch Marks only)
  • International Money Order to the Franz-Volhard-Klinik, Bank: Berliner Sparkasse, Account No. 20 5000 5515, Bank code: 100 500 00, Re: ""5th Franz Volhard Symposium + Participant's name (in Deutsch Marks only). Please make sure that the bank transfer is free of any charges.
  • Cash (only on-site regisration)

On-site registration will be by credit card and cash.
