Hinw.: In dieser Gruppe ist der englische Begriff "osteoarthritis" gleichbedeutend mit den deutschen Bezeichnungen Arthrose und Osteoarthrose. Der Begriff "primär" wird in seiner üblichen klinischen Bedeutung verwendet: ein Grundleiden oder eine auslösende Krankheit sind nicht nachgewiesen.
